Who we are
This website is operated by BodyBuilding B4 BodyBreaking, trading as B4 Fitness ("we", "us" and "our"). You can contact us at any time at skool@b4fitness.org.
These terms apply whenever you use this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
This site introduces B4 Fitness and our free training resources. Nothing is sold on this site. Links on it take you to our main website, b4fitness.org, and to platforms we use, such as Skool and YouTube.
Purchases and memberships
- Store orders. Orders are placed on our main website and processed securely by Shopify. The price, description and delivery details shown at checkout apply to your order.
- Community memberships. Our community is hosted on Skool. Memberships are billed and managed through Skool, and Skool's own terms also apply to your account there.
Our Refund Policy explains how refunds, replacements and cancellations work for both.
Training information
The articles, videos and posts we share are general information about training and exercise. They are not tailored to you and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have any existing health concerns.
- Work within your own ability, and stop if something doesn't feel right.
- You are responsible for how you use the information we share and for training safely.
Product information
Product descriptions on our store are general information. Always read the product label for ingredients, directions and warnings before use. Statements about nutrition products have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Our content
Everything on this site, including text, images, videos, logos and the B4 Fitness name, belongs to us or is used with permission. You're welcome to view it and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.
Using the site
Please don't use the site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with how it works, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it.
Links to other websites
Links to websites and platforms we don't run, such as Shopify, Skool, YouTube and social media, are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it is always complete or free of errors. We may change or remove content, or suspend the site, at any time.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Otherwise, this site is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
If you buy from us as a consumer, you also have legal rights when products are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. The version shown when you use the site is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live, and you keep any protections that the mandatory laws of your country give you.
